Definition

A type of experiment designed to study the effect of a set of categorical or continuous Independent Variables (factors) on a response, where all the Factors are at fixed levels and are controlled by the experimenter. These designs allow us to study the effects of Interactions, unlike One-Factor-At-A-Time (OFAT) experiments.
