Control Phase

Definition

Control is the fifth and final phase of a Six Sigma DMAIC project. In the Control Phase, process improvements have been implemented and must now be maintained. Tools commonly used in the Control Phase include the FMEA, Control Plans and Statistical Process Control Charts.
