Go Back

Definition

Minimum run experimental designs are so called because they achieve the maximum resolution in their class of designs with the minimum number of Experimental Runs. For instance, minimum run resolution IV designs use the least possible number of runs required to achieve resolution IV, i.e., they resolve all aliases between Main Effects and two-factor Interactions in the smallest number of runs possible.
